How I’m Doing This

I know I can do this, and I can only achieve this if I plan myself out. I’m going to make a promise to myself that I will:

  • drink at least 8 cups a day
  • cardio at least 6 times a week
  • give myself a rest day every week
  • try to stop myself from bingeing, because I deserve this
  • meet all my dietary intake
  • no more soda

I’m going to eat clean, so that I don’t feel like crap. I’m going to try, because if I don’t at least try, I will never make even that one step. I’m going to listen to my body, but not listen to that voice that tells me to binge, or tells me that I can’t do this. 

I know that I can do this, and I will do this.
